The Perseus Program’s success starts with
finding the right people to join the team.
The skill set needed to be an effective

team member in Perseus begins with a

candidate having the right attitude.

Training, which will be detailed in the next section, will only
provide a team member with a foundation for success. A
newly trained Business Productivity Advisor will need to be a

self-starter and motivated to never stop learning. Flexibility
and the willingness to adapt are important characteristics of

a potential team member as well. He or she will be
surrounded by a group that is driven and focused, but also
willing to help coach and share best practices with a new

team member. New hires will be given the tools to allow
them to discover what works and what doesn’t by engaging
