       N3’s Perseus Program consists of...
       ... Business Productivity Advisors, or BPAs as it will be referred to throughout this guide, and the Management team.  Due
       to the size of the team, the complexity of the sales process, and the tools used, communicating and collaborating at a
       high level are very important.  This section will detail both the management and BPA roles, as well as best practices,
       techniques, and soft skills both roles require in order to be successful.  It will also explore reporting and the tools that

       make team data accessible and consumable.


       Business Productivity Advisor (BPA):




       The BPA is the Sales Operations core of Perseus. Every team member is accountable
       for building relationships and nurturing long-term opportunities.  The successful BPA
       brings value to each prospect:  the value of in-depth knowledge of the Enterprise

       Microsoft Office 365 product suite and an understanding of how Office 365 can
       improve a business’ efficiencies, productivity, and in turn, improve the bottom line.


       Following a one week training course, N3 advisors are expected to have a

       solid grasp of several core elements:
